Terms of Use

1. General
Chayalcoaching.com (the "Site") is owned and operated by Chayal LLC ("Chayal," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, the Personal Alignment Audit, booking functions, digital materials, communications, and other Services made available by Chayal. By using the Site or a Site feature, you agree to these Terms, including the coaching and professional-advice disclaimer in section 6, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms disclosed before a purchase or booking.
A paid coaching relationship is also governed by a separate signed coaching agreement. If these Terms conflict with that agreement on an engagement-specific issue, the signed coaching agreement controls. These Terms continue to govern the Site and public materials.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement to use the Personal Alignment Audit, purchase a programme, or participate in coaching. By doing so, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is materially accurate.
3. Chayal Services and Website Information
Chayal provides private, structured, non-clinical coaching and educational services for adult men. The work may address identity, discipline, alignment, clarity, purpose, personal responsibility, self-leadership, patterns, relationships, spiritual life, and whole-life stewardship.
Public Site content is general educational and informational material. Accessing the Site, reading content, completing the Audit, or communicating with Chayal before a coaching agreement is signed does not by itself create a coach-client, fiduciary, therapist-patient, doctor-patient, attorney-client, or pastoral-counselling relationship.
4. Personal Alignment Audit
The Personal Alignment Audit is a reflective coaching and educational tool. It may use your responses to generate an Alignment Profile and support a possible Best-Fit Call. It is not a clinical test, diagnosis, medical or mental-health screening, risk assessment, aptitude test, objective measure of character, permanent label, or guarantee that coaching is appropriate.
An Audit result depends on the information you provide and the scoring approach in use at that time. It may not capture every circumstance. Chayal may revise the Audit, scoring logic, profile descriptions, or delivery method as the tool is tested and improved.
The Anchored and Purpose-Driven Man is an aspirational alignment profile, not a declaration of perfection, immunity from difficulty, clinical wellness, spiritual superiority, or guaranteed future performance.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site and Chayal materials, including text, branding, designs, curricula, exercises, worksheets, profile descriptions, the Personal Alignment Audit, scoring architecture, Seven Pillars, Discovery, Discipline and Alignment framework, Blueprint Compass, and related methods, are owned by Chayal or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Chayal grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Site and use materials provided to you for your own personal, non-commercial participation in the Services. No ownership is transferred.
Without Chayal's prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, publish, teach, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Chayal content or methods, except where applicable law expressly permits the activity.
6. Coaching and Professional-Advice Disclaimer
Scope: Chayal offers coaching and education, not therapy, medical care, crisis intervention, or regulated professional advice.
Chayal does not provide psychotherapy, psychology, psychiatry, licensed mental-health counselling, medical diagnosis or treatment, rehabilitation, addiction treatment, or crisis services. Coaching communications and records are not medical records and may not receive the legal privileges that apply to communications with a licensed healthcare professional.
Chayal does not provide legal, financial-planning, investment, accounting, tax, employment, insurance, or other regulated advice. Obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional before making a decision that requires regulated expertise.
Chayal may discuss faith, meaning, values, spiritual beliefs, or biblical reflection when relevant to the client and within the agreed coaching scope. Unless expressly established in writing with appropriately qualified personnel, Chayal is not a church, ministry, clergy service, spiritual authority, or provider of pastoral counselling.
If you believe you or another person may be in immediate danger or needs urgent medical or mental-health assistance, contact the emergency services for your location or go to the nearest emergency facility. Do not use the Site, Audit, booking forms, email, or coaching messages for an emergency. Chayal may not monitor messages continuously and cannot provide an emergency response.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Chayal makes no guarantee regarding clarity, transformation, identity, discipline, relationships, spiritual growth, employment, income, health, business performance, or any other outcome. Results vary and depend on factors outside Chayal's control, including your circumstances, choices, effort, consistency, honesty, capacity, support, health, and external conditions.
Any timeline, goal, exercise, example, client story, testimonial, or profile illustration is educational and does not promise typical or future results. Payment purchases access to the agreed service and process, not a guaranteed result.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Site or Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, misleading, or harmful conduct.
Infringe Chayal's intellectual property or another person's rights.
Attempt unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, forms, systems, data, meeting links, or another person's information.
Interfere with Site security or availability, including through malware, automated scraping, denial-of-service activity, or unauthorized vulnerability testing.
Submit another person's information without a lawful basis, appropriate authority, and any required consent.
Misrepresent an Audit result, Chayal relationship, testimonial, certification, endorsement, or affiliation.
Record a private call or coaching session without the informed consent of every participant and compliance with applicable law.
Chayal may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, security, intellectual property, legal compliance, or service integrity, or in response to a material violation of these Terms.
9. Purchases and Coaching Agreements
Chayal offers one-time programme purchases rather than an automatically renewing Site subscription, unless a signed coaching agreement expressly states otherwise.
The programme price, currency, payment due date, included services, and any approved payment arrangement will be disclosed before purchase and, where applicable, stated in the coaching agreement. Payments may be processed through Stripe or PayPal. You authorize the selected processor to charge the disclosed amount and are responsible for accurate billing information and any lawfully disclosed taxes, bank charges, currency-conversion costs, or processor fees assigned to you.
Before paid coaching begins, Chayal and the client should sign a coaching agreement stating the programme scope, schedule, fees, payment date, cancellation, rescheduling, missed-session, refund, confidentiality, termination, and dispute rules. That agreement controls those engagement-specific terms.
10. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Chayal does not establish one universal cancellation or refund rule through these Website Terms. The applicable coaching agreement, checkout disclosure, or written booking confirmation will state the rules for programme cancellation, session rescheduling, missed sessions, termination, refunds, credits, or transfers.
Review those terms before paying. Nothing in these Terms limits a non-waivable right or remedy provided by applicable consumer law.
11. Privacy and Confidentiality
Chayal's Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and handled. By submitting information, you represent that you have reviewed that Policy and have authority to provide the information. Where explicit consent is required for sensitive Audit information, Chayal will request it separately.
Chayal treats coaching information as private and handles it under the Privacy Policy and applicable coaching agreement. Coaching confidentiality is contractual rather than the legally protected privilege that may apply to communications with an attorney, licensed therapist, doctor, or clergy member in some circumstances.
Chayal may use or disclose information when you authorize it, when reasonably necessary to operate the service through confidential providers, when required by law or valid legal process, to establish or defend legal claims, or when Chayal reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to address an imminent safety risk or protect a person, Chayal, or another party.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may use or link Stripe, PayPal, Google Analytics, and other third-party services. Those services may have separate terms, privacy policies, availability, and security practices. Chayal is not responsible for a third party's independent content or conduct, although this does not limit Chayal's legal responsibilities for selecting and managing service providers where applicable law requires them.
13. Site Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and public materials are provided "as is" and "as available." Chayal does not warrant that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or free from harmful components, or that every statement will remain current after publication.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, guarantee, remedy, or consumer right that applicable law does not permit Chayal to exclude.
14. Limitation of Remedies and Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chayal LLC and its owner, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or public materials, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or business interruption.
For a claim arising from a paid programme, any limitation in the signed coaching agreement controls. For a claim arising solely from the Site where no separate agreement applies, Chayal's aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid Chayal for the specific Site service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, or another category protected by applicable law.
15. Indemnification for Misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Chayal LLC against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, infringement of another person's rights, unauthorized submission of another person's information, or material breach of these Terms. This section does not require you to indemnify Chayal for Chayal's own negligence, misconduct, or violation of law.
16. Termination
Chayal may restrict or terminate access to the Site or a feature where reasonably necessary to address a violation of these Terms or protect users, security, intellectual property, legal compliance, or service integrity. Termination of a paid coaching relationship is governed by the signed coaching agreement.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, confidentiality obligations, and dispute provisions.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and disputes concerning the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of your residence gives you mandatory protections that cannot be waived.
Before filing a claim, each party will make a reasonable good-faith effort for 30 days to resolve the dispute through written notice and direct discussion. If the matter is not resolved, the parties consent to the state or federal courts having jurisdiction in Wyoming, unless applicable consumer law requires or permits another forum. This section does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using a legally available small-claims process.
18. Changes to These Terms
Chayal may update these Terms when the Site, Services, or applicable law changes. The revised Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively, and Chayal will provide additional notice where required.
A signed coaching agreement will not be changed merely by posting revised Website Terms unless that agreement expressly allows it and applicable law permits the change.
19. General Terms
If a provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. Chayal's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without Chayal's written consent. Chayal may assign these Terms in connection with a lawful reorganization, financing, merger, or sale.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable signed coaching agreement form the relevant agreement between you and Chayal for their respective subject matter.
