A Place for Alignment.
What is Chayal?
Chayal is a coaching and consulting company by created to help men examine who they are, how they are living and whether their responsibilities, decisions and daily actions remain aligned with what matters most.
Chayal provides a private coaching environment where men can speak honestly with a structured coaching by focusing on Identity, Discipline and Alignment.
The coaching conversations are guided by clear programs developed to examine foundational values, patterns and discovering identity, redefining discipline and supporting alignment via words, energy and momentum. The process include an initial diagnostic assessment, scheduled coaching sessions, personalized actions, accountability and honest conversations.
for Men Out of alignment.
Why Chayal Exists?
Chayal was born out of the need for men to have more internal alignment and purpose in their lives. We as men often bear our world or burdens of our calling alone while not even having the words to express how we feel, communicate the need for help or just have safe spaces for expressing our true self without judgement and condemnation.
We want to see men living as the best version of themselves and the best way to assist with that is through structured coaching that focuses on accountability rather than just progress.
Chayal provides coaching to men who want change and don’t know how? Those who know something is wrong and cannot pin point what. Our program Chayal Shalom meaning Man of Peace or Soldier of Peace has 3 coaching channels that focus on these 7 men: The Capable but Fragmented Man, The Disciplined but Misaligned Man, The Responsible but Depleted Man, The Searching Man, The Rebuilding Man, The Grounded but Plateaued Man and The Anchored and Purpose-Driven Man.
CHAYAL SHALOM
Chayal — from the Hebrew חַיָּל means soldier. It is connected to the biblical Hebrew word chayil, which conveys strength, courage, capability, valour and force.
Shalom — from the Hebrew שָׁלוֹם means more than peace or the absence of conflict. It carries the deeper sense of wholeness, completeness, soundness, harmony and well-being.
Together, Chayal Shalom can be understood as “a soldier of peace”, “Strength Brought into Alignment” or “a warrior for wholeness.”
For Chayal, the name represents a man who develops the strength, discipline and courage to confront what is fragmented within him and pursue a life of greater identity, alignment and wholeness.
Why I Created Chayal
I’m Razzio Hall, founder of Chayal. I created Chayal after seeing how often men carry significant responsibilities while lacking the language, space or support to examine what is happening beneath the surface.
Chayal was built to offer the kind of coaching environment many men rarely experience: private, structured, respectful and honest. It creates room for meaningful reflection without removing personal responsibility.
Our approach is not built on quick motivation or telling men how to live. It centres on guided reflection, pattern recognition, practical action and accountability, helping each man understand himself more clearly, make more intentional decisions and take ownership of what comes next.
Change Starts with Identity
Mission
To help men understand who they are, strengthen how they live and bring their identity, discipline and direction into meaningful alignment.
Vision
Men who believe change is possible, become renewed, embody greater wholeness and lead purpose-driven, aligned lives.
What Chayal Believes
Chayal believes sustainable change begins with honest self-understanding.
Identity shapes behaviour. Discipline provides the structure for consistent action. Alignment ensures that effort is directed toward what truly matters.
Men should be respected while remaining responsible for their decisions and growth. Coaching should help develop greater clarity, ownership and independence, not dependence on a coach.
Insight is valuable, but insight without practical action rarely produces lasting change.
How Chayal Is Different
Chayal works beneath the surface by helping men examine identity, clarify foundations, recognize patterns, build disciplined structures and align their actions with a clearer direction.
The aim is not simply to help men feel better for a moment. It is to help him understand himself, take responsibility and move forward with greater consistency.
Change becomes sustainable when identity, discipline and direction agree.
A Private Place to Move Forward
Chayal provides a private, structured and respectful environment where men can examine what they are carrying and recognise the patterns shaping how they live.
The coaching space allows for honest conversation without judgement or pressure to appear as though everything is under control. Men are treated as capable and responsible while being supported to understand themselves more clearly, take ownership of their decisions and move forward with greater intention.
Private. Structured. Respectful. Honest. Action-oriented.
