Chayal LLC is a limited liability company serving clients online. For applicable data-protection law, Chayal is the controller of personal information collected through the Services, except where a third-party provider acts independently under its own privacy policy.

Chayal does not intentionally send Personal Alignment Audit answers, coaching records, or the contents of private communications to Google Analytics.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information only for legitimate business and service purposes, including to:
Operate, secure, and improve the Site and Services.
Generate and discuss a Personal Alignment Profile based on information you voluntarily submit.
Respond to inquiries, evaluate service fit, schedule Best-Fit Calls, and administer coaching relationships.
Process one-time programme payments, provide receipts, prevent fraud, and manage disputes.
Send service communications and, where permitted, optional promotional communications that you may unsubscribe from.
Comply with law, enforce agreements, protect safety and rights, and establish or defend legal claims.
Analyze the Site and improve the Audit or Services using aggregated, statistical, or de-identified information where appropriate.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, Chayal may rely on performance of a contract, steps requested before entering a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, protection of legal claims, or consent. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it for future processing.
Chayal does not use the Personal Alignment Audit to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Personal Alignment Audit and Sensitive Information
Important: The Personal Alignment Audit is a reflective coaching and developmental tool. It is not a clinical, psychological, psychiatric, medical, financial, or legal assessment and does not produce a diagnosis.
Audit and coaching responses may reveal sensitive information, including philosophical beliefs, emotional experiences, relationship circumstances, financial concerns, or information that could be interpreted as health-related. Chayal applies the following safeguards:
We request this information only when it is relevant to an Audit result, service-fit discussion, or coaching relationship.
Where required, we ask for explicit consent before processing sensitive information.
You may decline to provide the information, although we may then be unable to generate a meaningful profile or provide the requested service.
We do not sell or rent this information, use it for targeted advertising, or disclose it to unrelated third parties.
We do not ask you to submit medical records, government identification, financial-account credentials, or information unnecessary for coaching.
5. Cookies and Analytics
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. The Site may place cookies needed to deliver the Site securely and enable requested functions. Google Analytics may collect device, cookie, traffic-source, page-view, interaction, and performance information.
Where applicable law requires consent, Chayal will restrict non-essential analytics cookies until you make a choice through the cookie banner. You may use the banner, available preference controls, or your browser settings to accept, reject, or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may affect Site functionality.
6. Information Sharing
Chayal does not sell or rent personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary:
To Stripe and/or PayPal for one-time payments, fraud prevention, receipts, refunds where applicable, and payment disputes.
To Google Analytics for limited Site measurement and performance information, excluding information Chayal intentionally identifies as Audit or coaching content.
To confidential professional advisers, contractors, or service providers who need the information to support Chayal.
To comply with law, valid legal process, or a government request; protect safety, rights, or property; prevent fraud; or establish or defend legal claims.
In connection with a lawful merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection safeguards.
7. International Processing
Chayal is organized in the United States, serves people online, and uses providers that may process information in the United States, the European Economic Area, and other countries. Those countries may have different data-protection rules. Where required, Chayal will use a recognized transfer mechanism or another appropriate safeguard.
8. Data Security
Chayal uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the size of the business and the sensitivity of the information. Measures may include access controls, strong authentication, provider-supplied encryption, limited access to Audit and coaching information, secure disposal, vendor review, and incident-response procedures.
No online transmission or storage method is completely secure. Chayal cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not place information in an Audit, booking form, or email unless it is reasonably necessary for the requested service.
9. Data Retention
Chayal retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, the coaching relationship, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement. Unless a longer period is required or justified, Chayal generally intends to use these periods:
Incomplete identifiable Audit submissions: up to 30 days, where the platform captures partial submissions.
Completed Audit and profile where no coaching relationship begins: up to 12 months after submission or the last related interaction.
Prospective-client inquiries, applications, and bookings: up to 24 months after the last interaction.
Coaching intake, programme, progress, and communication records: up to five years after the coaching relationship ends, unless the coaching agreement or applicable law requires another period.
Payment, tax, and accounting records: up to seven years, or another period required by law.
Google Analytics user-level and event data: configured for up to 14 months; aggregated reports may remain longer.
When information is no longer required, Chayal will delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to reasonable backup cycles and legal-preservation requirements.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have the right to request information about Chayal's processing, access personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, receive certain information in a portable format, opt out of promotional email, or complain to a data-protection authority.
To submit a request via the Chayal contact page. Chayal may request enough information to verify your identity and locate relevant records. Rights are not absolute, and Chayal may retain or continue using information where permitted or required for contracts, security, legal obligations, disputes, or legal claims.
Chayal does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Where Data Protection Act, the GDPR, UK GDPR, or an applicable United States privacy law applies, Chayal will respond in the manner and time required by that law.
11. Children's Privacy
The Site, Personal Alignment Audit, and coaching services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. Chayal does not knowingly provide coaching to or collect personal information through the Audit from anyone under eighteen. If Chayal learns that it collected such information, it will take reasonable steps to delete it.
12. Third-Party Sites and Services
The Site may link to or embed third-party services. Chayal does not control a third party's independent privacy practices. Review the provider's policy before submitting personal information directly to it.
13. Policy Updates
Chayal may update this Privacy Policy when the Services, providers, data practices, or applicable law changes. The revised Policy will be posted with a new effective date. Where required, Chayal will provide additional notice or request renewed consent before a material change takes effect.
